The Golden Gate Angling and Casting club is pleased to invite competitors to the upcoming 17th annual Jimmy Green Spey-O-Rama World Championship of Spey Casting held this year from Friday, April 26 to Sunday, April 28, 2019, at the world renowned casting ponds located in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park.

The GGACC cordially invites competitors of all nationalities to register here for this Spey casting distance competition. For more information and a detailed schedule for this year's event, see the second (public) posting for this Spey-O-Rama event on the club's calendar for April 26-28, 2019; or click on the "Spey-O-Rama" pull-down tab on the club homepage. 

Meals (all breakfasts and lunches, and the Saturday dinner) are complimentary to each of the pre-registered competitors.

There's a $125 USD registration fee for each competitor, if you register before March 31 for this year's Spey competitions in any one of the three divisions:  Men's Open, Women's, and Seniors (age 55 and older, male or female) .  If you register after April 1st, the fee increases to $150 USD.

The overview schedule for the Spey-O-Rama 2019 is:

April 26: Exhibits, Registration, Competition Casting Practice (and if needed, a possible Senior Qualifying Round)
April 27: Exhibits; Spey Demos/Clinics/Presentations, and Competition Qualifying Round for the Men's Open Division
April 28: Exhibits; Spey Casting Competition Finals for all 3 Divisions, Awards Ceremony
