Event Request Submission Form

Attention: there are new changes to how events are submitted to the GGACC events calendar. If you would like to host/schedule a lesson, dinner, fish out, Rondy or any other type of Club related event, you must fill out the Event Request Submission Form below. Emailing the Events Coordinator or any other Board Member directly will no longer receive a response. Out of respect to the Events Coordinator's time, there will be no exceptions. The form must be completed in full to be considered for the Events Calendar.

Once the Event Request Submission Form is completely filled out and submitted, it will be reviewed by the Events Coordinator - or applicable party - on a first come, first served basis. Please note that the Events Coordinator and all other positions at the Club are of a volunteer nature, done in spare time. Please submit your event as early as possible.
