HOLIDAY MENU
’Tis the season, and what better reason for the GGACC family to come together and celebrate the end of a super successful, over-the-top 2026 at the GGACC!
This year, we’re going with some good ole Southern comfort food. Yes sir’re
The Main Event
Southern Grilled Chopped Steaks
And not just any chopped steaks. These are going to be like nothing you’ve ever tasted before! Yeah, there’ll be pork in them. I know you wouldn’t want it any other way!
Grilled over a wood fire, with just enough smoke to give ’em that holiday flavor.
Then we’ll smother ’em in my over-the-top homemade mushroom gravy, loaded with even more mushrooms, onions, garlic, and a heaping handful of a special seasoning blend I make and use all the time.
Trust me on this one!
And if I can get ‘em made, we’ll throw some sausages on the grill, too.
Memama’s Green Beans & Ham Hocks
Now, y’all have had these before, and they’ve gotten me into trouble!
Fresh green beans, smoked ham hocks, and homemade chicken stock, all cooked low and slow, just like Memama used to make.
If you know, you know!
Rice — parboiled of course!
We’ll have plenty of rice to soak up all that mushroom gravy.
And NO, I’m not making the rice… Ha! I do know my limits.
Country Biscuits from Atkinson Mills
Warm country biscuits served with plenty of butter and honey from one of our very own GGACC beekeepers.
Now that’s something stick to ya ribs special!
Dessert?
We ain’t making dessert! That’s y’all’s job!
Bring something sweet to share with the GGACC family. Homemade is always welcome!
Something to Wash It All Down
Fresh iced tea and lemonade.
Like I always say, y’all come hungry and leave full!
Laissez les bons temps rouler!
And remember, in the South, butter is a food group. So take your pill, enjoy your supper, and for heaven’s sake, don’t tell your doctor!
Where ya at cat!?
You must sign up and be a member to attend… we’re capping it this year. Sorry no 250 people like before. So sign up early, not often…
