Annual Membership Meeting
This annual gathering is a chance to connect with your GGACC Board and fellow members, reflect on the highlights of the past year, and cast a line toward what’s ahead. We’ll share plans for the upcoming year, introduce new and returning Board Members for 2026 for Member approval, and hold an open Q&A session.
Important Club Business: Proposed Bylaws Updates
Here is the link to the Bylaws Members page (Scroll to the bottom of the page) related to a recent review and update of the Club’s Bylaws:
- A brief memo describing the proposed changes and related documents,
- a copy of the revised Bylaws with changes marked,
- and the current version of the revised Bylaws.
The GGACC Board approved the proposed revisions at a recent Board meeting. These updates will be presented for a vote at the Annual Membership Meeting, and member ratification is required for the changes to go into effect. We encourage members to review the materials in advance and come prepared with any questions.
The meeting will be held at the Angler’s Lodge, and we’ll cap things off with a wonderful lunch — because good conversation pairs best with good food. The menu will be Chicken Vesuvius, salad, and a sweet.
For those who are unable to attend in person, joining us via Zoom is also an option. The Zoom link will be sent to registered members ahead of the meeting.
Whether you’re new to the Club or a long-time member, this is a great opportunity to learn more about what’s happening at GGACC, meet other members, and take part in shaping the future of the Club. 12:00 PM — Free Members Lunch
This meeting is held on the 2nd Sunday in March, as required by the Club’s bylaws. We’ll also send out a summary of our various programs ahead of the meeting so you can come ready with questions.
