GGACC Ponds in cleaning/repair process

Update Tuesday, April 1:  The ponds are being refilled after cleaning and repairs!  Expect them to be completely full in the next few days.

The 2025 GGACC annual pond cleaning will take place on Wednesday, March 19th.

Our Golden Gate Park partners have begun draining the ponds in preparation for the actual cleaning work on the 19th.

We are also planning necessary repairs as well as restriping and painting as part of this year's cleaning efforts.  Following that, it usually takes several days for the ponds to completely refill.

This is a note that the ponds are likely to be in the draining/repair/refilling process between now and March 23rd.   We will update these dates as we get more information from the Park.

Please take note for your plans to use the ponds during this period.
