The Golden Gate Angling and Casting club is pleased to invite competitors to the annual Jimmy Green Spey-O-Rama World Championship of Spey Casting held this year from Friday, April 19 to Sunday, April 21, 2024, at the world renowned casting ponds located in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park.

The GGACC cordially invites competitors from around the world as well as in our backyard to register here for this Spey casting distance competition. For more information and a detailed schedule for this year's event, see the second (not yet published public) posting for this Jimmy Green Spey-O-Rama event on the club's calendar for April 19-21, 2024; or click on the "Spey-O-Rama" pull-down tab on the club homepage. 

Meals (all breakfasts and lunches, and the Saturday dinner) are complimentary for each of the registered competitors.

There will be a $140 USD registration fee due at registration for each competitor. We will close registration Friday, April 12, 2024. 

The overview schedule for the Spey-O-Rama 2024 is:

April 19: Exhibits, Registration, SoR New Participant Qualifying Round, Competition Casting Practice (and a possible Senior Qualifying Round)
April 20: Exhibits, Competition Qualifying Round for the Men's Open Division, a presentation and dinner for the exhibitors, volunteers and competitors. 

April 21: Exhibits; Spey Casting Competition Finals for all 3 Divisions, Awards Ceremony
