The Golden Gate Angling and Casting Club is fortunate to present the Founder and Proprietor of Henry’s Lake Guide Service, fly fishing guide and author Mr. Kevin Skenandore. Kevin will present his newly released book: “Time Flies, Adventures of an Avid Angler” and will share a lifetime of angling experiences, techniques, and insights that he has gleaned from fishing Henry’s Lake and other Yellowstone area still waters.

Kevin Skenandore

When Kevin Skenandore, a Oneida Tribal member, retired from a career in the Bureau of Indian Education, having served as the Bureau’s Director in Washington DC; he embarked on second career guiding anglers on area still waters and working on conservation matters in and around Yellowstone. Kevin serves as a director of the Henry’s Lake Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation and conservation of that lake’s storied trophy trout fishery. An avid outsdoorsman, fly tyer, angler, and guide, he understands Henry’s Lake and fishes it as well as anyone. Come enjoy light comfort served by GGACC member Chef Rouel (bring your own liquid refreshments) while Kevin shares his knowledge and expertise on fishing Henry’s Lake and the areas other still waters.
