The GGACC Board unanimously recommended a Swap Meet for the membership. All GGACC members are welcome to participate. The concept is simple enough.Tables can be retrieved and returned to the clubhouse storage room by any member who elects to participate. All angling and angling related items are welcomed, Here are a few suggestions for starters:
Fly rods, spinning rods, baiting casting, trolling rods and their respective reels, tackle boxes, fly boxes, art work, creels, float tubes, waders, apparel, vests, books, flies, lures, lines, nets, wading staffs, boots et al.
Its a rare opportunity for one to test and perhaps buy a rod on clubs Holy Waters.
All that said, who doesn’t enjoy rummaging through vintage and discarded tackle at rock bottom prices? Most sellers are reluctant to bring back home any item they brought and willing to barter.
If you choose to participate, plan on getting there around 8:30 for your set up and plan on bringing small currency for change.
