Description:  New for 2020.  We're going to check out Eagle Canyon for some stillwater fishing for big ole rainbows.  From the website http://www.eaglecanyontrout.com/ :  "These exclusive waters offer unsurpassed private angling for rainbows that consistently rank as California's largest. Approximately 20 miles from Red Bluff, California, our spring-fed stillwaters are located in the foothills west of Lassen National Park. Trophy rainbows from 4 to 15 pounds inhabit these intimate ponds and flourish in the fertile 55-degree habitat. It's a perfect home for trophy trout." 

That sounds pretty good to me!  Who's in?  

There are no guides.  We will be on our own and have the place to ourselves.  This is a day trip.  No accommodations will be organized.  

Suggested Gear:  5-6wt single hand rods (nothing less than a 5 wt is allowed).  Floating and intermediate lines.  A float tube is optional and there are 2 for rent on the property for $20/day.  But a tube is NOT needed.  Most anglers wade.   Flies:  I will get the guide intel before the trip, but fish will take dries, nymphs and streamers depending on conditions.

Cost:  The fee for this Rondy is $160.00.  

Other expenses will be transportation.  

Cancellation Policy:  There are no refunds.  In the event that a member is, for any reason, unable to attend, he may resell his slot (rod) to another GGACC member (by first pulling from the waitlist if one exists).  It is the sole responsibility of the member to manage this transaction.  This is not the responsibility of the leader or club.
