Unless there will be no program offered in a particular month, this event is typically held on the 2nd Saturday of each month following the free public casting lessons that month. Tight-line Nymphing Techniques:
Dick Swanson has been a GGACC member for nearly 7 years. He fishes primarily on the Upper Sacramento River where many of the tight-line nymphing techniques we use today were pioneered by Ted Fay. Dick will be leading a discussion covering the rationale, rigging, casting, and presentation involved in tight-line nymphing.
All participants are requested to register for this event beforehand (whether or not there is any limit shown on the registration for this event) in order to gauge the expected size of the audience.
