Vehicular access to Anglers Lodge and the Casting Ponds likely to be off-limits during the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival to be held in Golden Gate Park this year from Friday, Sept. 30th to Sunday, Oct. 2nd, 2016. It is possible that access will also be restricted before and after the scheduled concert days for set-up and take-down. Plan accordingly.
