Introducing Douglas Outdoors Fly Rods

Douglas Outdoors, a fairly new manufacturer of fly rods, is bringing their "Urban Assault Vehicle" (a traveling trade-show van) to the GG Casting Ponds on Wednesday, February 22, from 2:30 to 6:30 PM.  This slick vehicle is outfitted with over $50,000 worth of their rods and reels to cast.

This casting event is the perfect chance to try out some of the Douglas Outdoors line-up of new fly rods, which includes their new "SKY" rod (just launched this year) which recently won the Yellowstone Angler 6-WEIGHT Shootout, as well as their "DXF" rod which was named Best Mid-Priced Rod at the YA's 5-WEIGHT Shootouts in both years (2015 & 2016) that it's been on the market and now also in the 6-WEIGHT Shootout. And their "UPSTREAM" rod was featured in Field & Stream. 

In addition to offering their rods to try out, the personnel from Douglas Outdoors will be putting on a FREE RAFFLE for one of their rods, so don't miss out on this opportunity to get out to the casting ponds on this day if you can possibly make it.
