Club members who have volunteered, or wish to volunteer, to help with the Club's soon-to-be-launched "Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing" program will meet Tuesday evening, January 10, 2017, starting at 5:30pm to discuss with a SF VA Medical Center social therapist how best to interact with and support the disabled vets participating in this program.
Also, volunteer leaders of the program's components (fly casting, fly tying, social media, fundraising, outings...) will describe briefly their plans, and the class envisioned for the program "launch" on January 25th will be discussed.
Please make every effort to attend this important training and organizational meeting, and do your best to arrive timely if at all possible.
