The Stan is a classic small stream that flows out of the dam below Tulloch Reservoir. This is barbless catch-and-release water. For this Rondy, we will fish for trout on the Two Mile Bar section of the Stan located just east of Oakdale, CA off Highway 120. The lower Stan is open to fishing after January 1 (closed in November & December for the Salmon Spawn).

We will use lightweight gear in the 2-6wt category with floating lines and both dry flies & nymph rigs.

Normal fly fishing experience is required. Not for the "Learn to Fly Fish" Program participants or beginners.

This Rondy is limited to 6 anglers due to the small size of the fishery. Time and meeting place will be discussed later.

The fee for this Rondy is $10.  Bring your own lunch & beverage. Sign up quickly as this one will be filled quickly.
